Build the machine behind the practice

The Operations Intern works directly with the owner and managing partner and an external business operations consultant to build the systems a growing firm runs on. This is not administrative support. You are helping design how the firm works.

Together we will establish standard operating procedures, design automated workflows, build out company templates, and scope and test custom internal software as the practice scales. You will see how a real practice turns repeated work into repeatable systems, and you will own pieces of that build.

AI is central to how we operate, so we want someone fluent and curious with it: using AI to draft and refine SOPs, to automate handoffs between tools, and to prototype internal software. If you like turning messy, manual processes into clean systems, and you reach for AI as a default, this role is for you.
